It was another action-packed weekend for the Dragons, with our players out in full force at the Discovery Games to compete in both wheelchair basketball and badminton.
Here is a look at how the weekend unfolded:

🏀 Saturday: 3×3 Basketball
Saturday began with high-energy 3×3 basketball. Dragons players were integrated into mixed teams alongside competitors from other clubs. This made it a fantastic opportunity to collaborate, test out new team dynamics, and put their skills to the test in a fast-paced competitive setting.

🏸 Sunday: Badminton at DISC
On Sunday, the team headed to the courts at DISC for a full day of badminton. The atmosphere was brilliant, featuring well-fought matches, plenty of healthy competition, and the usual great spirit from everyone involved.
A huge congratulations to Gregor Anderson, who brought home the Gold medal once again! 🥇
We also want to give a special shoutout to Andy Anderson, who stepped in as a referee at short notice to keep the matches running smoothly.
