GMac’s Cycling Diary: Dundee Stroke Exercise Club

1–2 minutes

15 Years Young . . .

Today I had the privilege to join the DSEC family to celebrate 15 years of supporting Stroke Survivors become active during their ongoing rehabilitation 🩷.

I was there representing the Dundee Dragons Wheelchair Sports Club as we have found our Adaptive Cycling is a positive force in helping Stroke Survivors continue their rehabilitation. I would go as far as say we have a shared goal in supporting people to become more active and in so doing be better placed to meet the challenges their disability can bring to them on a daily basis.

Huge congratulations to Margaret and her great team of volunteers and instructors who work tirelessly to support their members.

Needless to say the Adaptive bikes were a huge success and we look forward to welcoming new members to our Dragons Family 💙💙.
